| The Coventry Hood & Sidescreen company was taken under Tickford's wing in May 1989. Trim Technology bought out the Tickford soft trim manufacturing division at Bedford in August 1995. All original BL Soft tops are made by Coventry Hood using the original build bucks and tooling. All current tops are manufactured using a material that is as near as possible to the OE specification as available. The design is as the original, including false bottoms, rain channels, and on some models, zip out rear windows. The Coventry Hood name that Trim Technology markets the product under has always stood for a quality product that is as close to the original as possible, and people know that when purchasing a top from Trim Technology, they are getting the best possible product available on the market for their vehicle. #16-370 & #16-380 - 1962-69 Top stows in trunk. Snaps included and installed. Use existing hardware. #16-371 & #16-381 - 1965-70 Top folds, stays on car. Snaps included, but not installed. #16-372 & #16-382 - 1971-76 Top folds, stays on car. Snaps included and installed. Use existing hardware. Late model tops will fit 1971-76. #16-373 & #16-383 - 1971-80 Top folds, stays on car. Snaps included and installed. Use existing hardware. Tops have (ZRW) Zipper Rear Window. Read above before ordering. INSTALLATION TIP: Use chalk to coat the top of the fastener already on the car. Position the top and stretch the material to the proper placement. Push in against the coated fastener, leaving a mark on the top where the fasteners are to be installed. | ||||||||
