| CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER: The Clutch Slave Cylinder is connected to the clutch fork located inside the transmission bellhousing; it basically operates the clutch. If the Slave Cylinder goes bad the clutch will have trouble disengaging and you will be in for some expensive repairs. Don't take chances, replace your Slave Cylinder today. Slave Cylinders Have The Following Change Points: #7-801 Slave Cylinder - 3/4" diameter fits 1962-67 up to chassis #FC70687. #7-798 Slave Cylinder - Alloy - 7/8" diameter fits 1967-77 from chassis #FC70688-on. #7-081 Slave Cylinder - Cast Iron - 7/8" diameter fits 1978-80. #7-798 Alloy and #7-081 Cast Iron cylinders are interchangeable and either may be fitted to your car. | ||||||||
