Victoria British does not sell used parts. All of our parts are new or rebuilt. Remanufactured parts are notated by a -R or a -Z at the end of the part number. -R denotes the part is remanufactured but there is no core charge. -Z denotes the part is remanufactured and a core charge will be applied then refunded after receipt of a rebuildable approved core.

On those occasions that we've run out of a part on your order, chances are that it's already on its way to us. These items are listed as backordered on your invoice and will be sent your way as soon as possible. If you're not interested in waiting for your backordered product, just call our customer service line at (800) 255-0088, and we will cancel it and refund any money that has been paid.
You can also write "No Backorders" on your order form before you send it to us, and we'll make sure only to ship the products we currently have in stock.
Some parts have extra charges. Please consult Abbreviations & Codes below to make sure you understand these charges and so you aren't surprised later.
And one more thing, the part our lawyers make us say: We reserve the right to refuse service or shipment to anyone. We reserve the right to collect a service charge of $20 for a returned check and to hold any shipments until the fee is collected.

If only we lived in a perfect world! Unfortunately, we don't, and things can go wrong. When that happens, we do our best to try to make things right again. But we need your help as well.
All returns must be in like new condition and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice, as that will make the process quick and easy.
We refund your payment the same way you paid. Refunds of less than $1 will not be made except by customer request.
We can't be responsible for damages, so please package your returned items carefully.

We can't accept anything that has been installed (unsuccessful attempts do count), disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified in any way, so please make sure to check and doublecheck the fit before starting any work.
If you are returning a kit, it needs to contain all the parts you received. No partial kits may be returned.
Electronic media (CDs, DVDs) cannot be refunded once they are opened. However, if it is not working properly, it can be exchanged for the same part number.

A 20% non-refundable restocking fee will be added to anything that's over a year old (unless the extended manufacturer warranty is still in effect, of course) as well as to any unauthorized Truck Freight returns.
And the legal part again: We have the right to refuse any return we deem unfit for resale. We also have the right to refuse any shipments where the shipping charges, duties, customs, etc., are not prepaid.
We do our best to keep our shipping charges as low as we can. However, some items we carry need some extra space or special handling, so these may require extra charges to ensure they get to you in the most reliable, safest way. If you are ordering Oversized Parts (indicated with a * throughout our catalogs), or if you are placing an extra large order, please allow for extra packing and delivery time.
In order to qualify for the free Ground shipping or free Truck Freight, your entire $1000+ order must be placed at one time. We may have to split your shipment, but we will pick up the shipping charges.
If you want delivery by 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order must be in by 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. This service is available only within the 48 contiguous states and not allowed to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. There are some limitations on what we can ship by air, based either on size of the products or the items themselves (ORM, Other Regulated Material, such as adhesives are not allowed on air shipments, for example). Oversize Parts (*) are not available for air delivery. Delivery can't be guaranteed on holidays. Backorders will be shipped ground when those products arrive at our warehouse unless other arrangements are made.
If you'd like Saturday delivery and are within the contiguous 48 states, we must receive your order by 3 p.m. Central time on Friday. A $15 charge will be added to your Next Day Air charge. Unfortunately, this service is not available in all areas or with all addresses. Please call our customer service line for assistance with Saturday delivery. Truck Freight and Oversized Parts are not available for Saturday delivery.

If you are shipping within Kansas, you will be charged state and local taxes. This also applies if you pick up your order in person at the City Counter, unless you have a Kansas State Resale Exemption form on file with us.

This chart shows shipping charges on orders up to $500 that qualify to ship USPS Priority Mail. Parts must be 108 inches or less and weigh 70 pounds or less to qualify for USPS Priority Mail. If any part does not meet these qualifications, your order will be delivered by ground for additional charges.
All orders will ship complete. Any additional delivery charges will be added to your total as needed, including Oversize Part charges or overweight charges.
We will need a daytime phone number with your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will attempt to contact you three times. If we are unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled 5 days after that third failed attempt.
Your orders will be shipped UPS "Door to Door", which includes brokerage, duty and tax. Charges will be based on the value of your shipment. Document and preparation fees are included. Please call our customer service line for assistance.
All international orders ship complete. Shipping charges must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Brokerage, duties, taxes, and fees associated with the order are paid by the customer. We do not accept personal checks on international orders.
Please open your package(s) as soon as possible and make certain that everything is accounted for and nothing was damaged in shipment. Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to the carrier within 15 days of receipt.
If the package looks damaged when it arrives, open it with the delivery person present, so that they can make an immediate report of damages and discrepancies. If the damage is not obvious at the time of delivery, or if the package was left for you by the shipping company, contact their customer service as soon as possible to make your claim.
On Truck Freight shipments, it is your responsibility to check your order and have the driver note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for your item(s).
Please keep all packing, packaging and contents until your claim has been settled with the shipping company.
Without the constant inflow of rebuildable cores, items can become discontinued and unavailable.
Some items carry a Core Charge which can be reimbursed by your sending in a core that can be rebuilt into a usable part for someone else. These items are marked throughout our catalogs with a –Z in the part number. In order to get your Core Charge refund, the part you send in must be clean, complete and rebuildable according to the standards set on that item's catalog page.
Please send us the core part back with a copy of your invoice. If your core is acceptable, we will refund your money in the same way that you paid the Core Charge plus any shipping charges. To be reimbursed for your core return shipping charges, please include a copy of your shipping receipt.

On a separate piece of paper provide your name, address, phone number and any interesting notes about what you've done to your car and we may feature it in our "Another Proud Owner" section. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish to have your photo returned. All others will not be returned.
